Dates: The event opens for submissions at noon on 1/23. The event closes for submissions at noon on 1/24. No late or early submissions will be accepted.

Eligibility: Participation is limited to those who register at the physical event.

Submission Requirements: Hackers can submit either complete or incomplete projects - as much as they are able to finish in 24 hours. Incomplete submissions will be judged using the same criteria as complete submissions.

Submission Rights & Display: Hackers retain all rights and ownership of their respective projects. We may use project descriptions to promote the hackathon in future iterations.

Prizes & Winner Selection: Judging will take place during a three-hour public demo fair/expo. The first half of the expo will see judges circulating among the expo, selecting a top 10 from the pool of teams. During the second half of the expo, those top 10 teams will be invited one-by-one to a private judging room where they will demo to a panel of VIP judges. From that pool, the judges will select a first, second, and third place prize.   Additional prizes include: best use of Clarifai API, voter's choice award (public voting at the expo), and organizer's choice award.
